Excellent hotel! Friendly and accommodating staff! Hot tub and pool are small but very well maintained and comfortable. The daily breakfast is FREE! They have scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes, bacon, cereals, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels, toast, waffles, pancakes, and some pastries. They also have a gym that is nice with all of the usual equipment including a water filling station. Parking is covered and seems pretty secure. The hotel is pet friendly, just pickup after your pet and be sure to leave a daily tip of at least $20.
We had a pleasant stay in La Quinta, SLO. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We even extended by our stay by one more day cause of bad weather and the reception carried forward our request seamlessly. The location was perfect. The breakfast and service was amazing as well. I highly recommended this place and would love to visit them again !
Caitlyn is amazing. After I dropped off my brother at the door, I went to find parking and she brought a cart out to me because she heard I might have a lot of stuff. She arrived with a helpful smile. Thanks Caitlyn! You made my day. Room is great. Bed is comfortable and the is parking forever.
We enjoyed our stay. Please ask the cleaning staff to reset the alarm clock as apparently the previous guest must have set up a 5 AM wake up and forgot to n reset it. The clock woke us up and we couldn't sleep afterwards. Thanks.
Stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend. Very impressed and happy with the all around stay. We have always stayed across the street at Apple farms but were treated so badly recently that staying there is no longer an option. My regret is not staying here at LaCuesta sooner. Even after a review, we got a lengthy wonderful response:-). This will be our go to hotel whenever we are in SLO or anywhere near.
Great stay! It was my 1st time here. The beds are comfortable, enough space for my family, and the staff are kind and professional. We enjoyed the complementary breakfast with eggs, cereal, toast, pancakes, and waffles We all had a great time!
For the 4 years we've been traveling to visit our student at Cal Poly, this has been a great place to stay! Super clean, comfortable and the location to campus and downtown can't be beat! The breakfast is also a huge plus, as well as the close proximity to the restaurant next door. As we prepare for graduation we will miss our stays here!
This is the only La Quinta we’ve ever stayed. We are very happy with the service, space and location. We went to this hotel during Covid when its newly opened and felt it’s a great place in SLO. 5 years later we revisited again and the service is even better. We have our large dog with us and they thoughtfully put us in the corner of the hotel, with nice Mountain View. The room service was daily which was really nice.
